Privacy Policy
FBF is designed to help adults compare dating platforms while collecting as little sensitive information as practical. This policy describes the Release 1 service operated by CYBERNOX AI.
What the Finder stores
Your Finder answers are stored in your browser session so you can move from the Finder to your results without putting private answers in the URL. Release 1 does not require an account, email address or precise GPS location to show recommendations.
FBF does not intentionally send raw dating intent, audience preference, relationship-style choices, detailed dating frustrations, conversation text, health information, profile screenshots, photographs or precise latitude/longitude to ordinary advertising analytics, affiliate SubIDs or public URLs.
Operational information
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser/device information and security signals. FBF may also process privacy-approved first-party events such as a page view, Finder start/completion, recommendation click, device class, country and an opaque session identifier. Sensitive Finder answers are not part of the approved event schema.
Cookies and local storage
FBF uses browser session storage for the Finder and comparison experience. At launch, FBF does not require non-essential advertising cookies to produce recommendations. If optional analytics, marketing or consent-dependent technologies are introduced, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated to match the implementation and any required consent controls will be provided.
Affiliate links and third parties
FBF may use approved affiliate links. When an affiliate route is active, FBF may create an opaque click identifier and record limited attribution such as partner, placement, time and country. We do not place raw sensitive dating answers in affiliate URLs or partner tracking fields. Third-party dating platforms and other services have their own privacy practices, which you should review before creating an account or paying them.
Health information
FBF does not collect STI test results, diagnoses, symptoms or medical records in Release 1. The Sexual Health section is educational and links to external health resources.
Retention
Finder answers remain session-side by default and are not designed for long-term server storage. Operational and security data is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance and troubleshooting. Future tools that process conversation or profile text will use short-lived handling by default unless you deliberately choose a save feature.
Your choices
You can clear Finder data by closing the browser session or clearing site data. You can contact FBF to ask about personal information we control, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern.
Security
FBF uses data minimization, access controls, security headers, input validation and a privacy event allowlist. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we also limit the sensitive information the Release 1 product needs in the first place.
